How do I book an apartment?
You can send a request directly from the property page, or contact us here. We confirm availability and send you the booking details within 24 hours.
What are the cancellation terms?
Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before check-in. Cancel 2–7 days before check-in and you get 50% back. Under 48 hours before check-in, no refund.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
Do you offer long-term stays?
Yes. From 7 nights you get a weekly discount, and stays of 28 nights or more are arranged directly at a monthly rate. Choose “Long stay” in the form above.
Are pets allowed?
Some of our properties allow pets. Check the amenities on the specific property or ask us directly.
How do I get into the apartment?
You'll receive self-check-in instructions for the keypad lock 24 hours before arrival. We also offer a personal welcome on request.
